Prashant’s goal is to collaborate with you to assess, evaluate and overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of your wellbeing. With him, you will be in a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely and comfortably. Besides English, he can also speak fluent Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

He supports clients with life transitions, mental health, anger issues, anxiety, self-esteem, coping, domestic issues , grief, career guidance, school issues, procrastination and stress management. His practice includes elements borrowed from Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Narrative therapy. During the counseling and treatment process, he works closely with you to set and achieve specific, manageable, realistic and timely goals. Prashant’s approach respects your individual values and aspirations and will help you establish and choose a structure, tools and strategies that seem most effective in your healing journey.
